Slight Site Update

I'm going to take unfinished voicebank titles off the downloads page so they're less cluttered.
Also removed link buttons on homepage, changed Twitter link on top, added Youtube link. Also added a page for Lipsync downloads, even though the only one I've finished is an Aki one.
